I had an exceptional stay at this hotel that far exceeded my high expectations. Not only did the staff go above and beyond to accommodate my late departure request, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room which was a huge convenience. the tea and coffee facilities in the room allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the free wi-fi in rooms was reliable and fast, making it easy to stay connected. the free toiletries provided added a luxurious touch to the experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find an electric kettle in the room, allowing me to enjoy a hot beverage whenever I desired. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and I appreciated the variety of channels available. the location was ideal, with a short distance to Pumpkin Cafe and Waitrose for dining options and shopping. the proximity to the Brewery Tap allowed for a fun evening out without having to travel far. Overall, I was highly impressed with every aspect of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
